The Process
Solvent Recovery Systems are distillation units which allow all types of solvents to be recycled in order to be re-used.
Through a simple distillation process, the machine separates the waste from the original solvent and recovers it, allowing you to reuse it again and again.
This not only saves money but also has a huge impact on reducing your CO2 footprint.
The boiling of the solvent is accomplished by a peripheral heating jacket filled with diathermic oil, heated by electrical elements. The vapours are then convoyed to a condenser cooled by air or water. The condensed solvent is collected in a tank, for its reuse.
The characteristics of the treated solvent are not altered by the process, which can be repeated indefinitely.
Solvent Recycling for Every Scale: From Small to Large
Our range of solvent recycling machines, starting at a 15-litre capacity, allows everyone to recycle and save. Produce clean, reusable solvent for just a few pence per litre.
For companies dealing with thousands of litres, our advanced solvent recovery systems are the ideal solution. Trusted and well-proven, our machines are used daily by some of the world’s most renowned companies.
We offer complimentary consultation to assess your business requirements and recommend the most suitable units tailored to your specific needs.
Your choice of unit will depend on a number of important criteria and we recommend that you talk to us for advice.
Things to consider are the type and quantity of solvent to be treated, the type of waste residue preferred (solid, semi-liquid or liquid) and the level of automation required.
